ABA Elects New President Nghiep Le

On November 10, 2005, the Asian Business Association held its 15th Anniversary Awards Dinner where the newly elected board was announced. Mr. Nghiep Le, president of the Vietnamese Federation of Sand Diego became the newly elected president of the ABA. The ABA is a non-profit organization founded in 1990 with the express mission “to facilitate the growth and development of member businesses through ongoing entrepreneurial education, communication and business networking programs.” Its membership roster now includes more than 400 members.
The awards dinner took place at the Marriott Hotel downtown and included a silent auction as well as a popular mobile sushi team that also donated their services for the auction. Among the prestigious guests present were County Supervisor Ron Roberts. Emcee for the evening was Andrea Nakano of channel 8 News.
